All agreements entered into via SayOh.com are concluded in English. Purchases made on SayOh.com are subject to the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act applicable to consumer purchases.
These terms and conditions apply to purchases made by consumers via the webshop.

2. Prices
All prices displayed on SayOh.com are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable taxes, but exclude delivery costs unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Reservations are made for pricing errors, typographical errors, and sold-out or discontinued products.
3. Payment
SayOh.com accepts payment via the following methods:
Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MobilePay, and ViaBill.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the order has been dispatched.
4. Delivery
SayOh.com delivers orders via selected shipping partners and delivers within Denmark.
Estimated delivery times are stated at checkout and depend on the chosen delivery method. Orders are delivered to the address or pickup point specified by the customer when placing the order.
Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.
5. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping on SayOh.com.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly before the deadline by email at:

You may not withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing delivery without providing clear notice.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5.1 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For health protection or hygiene reasons, certain products are sealed. The right of withdrawal for these products lapses if the seal is broken after delivery.
This applies, among other things, to intimate products. Products not intended for intimate use may be unpacked, provided they are returned in the same condition and quantity as received.
6. Complaints and Warranty
A 24-month right of complaint applies in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects in materials or manufacturing.
If your complaint is valid, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific circumstances.
The right of complaint does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered or should have been discovered. Please contact customer service at:

7. Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
