How Is It Used?

1. Fill the bathtub with water.

2. Once seated in the bath, place the pump fully underwater until it fills completely. Introduce the penis into the cylinder so it rests comfortably against the pelvic base.

3. Gently push the unit toward the body repeatedly. This activates the hydraulic contraction mechanism in the base, creating a vacuum effect. As water exits through the upper valve, pressure increases gradually.

4. When no more water can be expelled, rest for approximately five minutes. This indicates the optimal vacuum level has been reached.

5. Resume pumping every four to five minutes, then rest again. Each compression cycle reaches a point where no additional water can be extracted.

6. Continue this cycle of pumping and resting as needed within your session time.

7. If pressure feels too strong, slightly release the top valve while still underwater to prevent air from entering. After 15 to 20 minutes, reduce pressure fully using the release valve before removing the device.

8. Recommended usage is 15 to 20 minutes per session, up to three times per week. However, we recommend consulting with a doctor before any use.
