FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The shipment is very anonymous, and nobody will be able to see that the contents of your package includes sex toys or similar naughty products. We understand that shopping these products should be discreet and not for the world to know.
You can return any product within 14 days of receiving it if you regret your purchase, or within 2 years if the product is faulty.
However, please note that the 14 day return period, is ONLY applicable as long you have not used the product. This includes breaking any seals on the product packaging.
You will receive it by email after making a purchase. If you have made an account on our site, you will also be able to access it from there.
